Lance C. Rao was born and raised in New York, NY. He received his BA in philosophy from Fordham University and was accepted into the National Honor Society Phi Sigma Tau. Lance has for the past 5 years served as the President of the Palm Beach Fordham Alumni Chapter. He also received his Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Before opening his therapy practice in Stuart, Florida, Lance gained invaluable experience by working at Sandy Pines Hospital in Tequesta, FL, Martin Girls Academy in Stuart, FL and Suncoast Mental Health in Fort Pierce, Florida. He has also published numerous articles on various mental health issues.
