I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and received my master’s degree in clinical social work from The University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, specializing in mental health, in 2021. I specialize in working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, and life changes. I use a client-centered approach to healing, meeting clients where they are and collaborating with them to create individualized treatment plans. I favor an eclectic approach to therapy and combine evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), to help clients address their concerns. I believe in providing psychoeducation and using a strengths-based approach to help clients better understand themselves and their needs, while guiding them to develop healthy coping skills and learn to regulate emotions.

I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, and life changes. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities individualized to each client's needs. I believe in a client-centered approach to healing. I aim to provide a non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their emotions and thoughts, building self-awareness and personal growth.

I favor an eclectic approach to therapy and combine evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), to help clients address their concerns. I believe in providing psychoeducation as well as using a strengths-based approach to help clients better understand themselves and their needs.
