“Working with Larisa was a positive, life changing experience. From the start, I felt safe, respected, and comfortable. She helped me clearly understand the emotional and life challenges I had been navigating and for the first time, I felt truly unstuck. One of the most impactful parts of therapy for me was the way she supported me in creating a shift in how I understood my past. Her guidance helped me see how past trauma and unresolved difficulties had contributed to patterns and blocks in my life. That awareness became a turning point, giving me the ability to respond differently and move forward with intention. I now feel more peace, comfort, and self-trust. I’m building a healthier balance, one that allows growth and success while still honoring self-care. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings clarity, compassion, and meaningful progress, I strongly recommend her. ”

“I had an excellent experience with this therapist. From the very first virtual session, I felt comfortable, heard, and genuinely supported. They created a warm and nonjudgmental space where I could speak openly without ever feeling rushed or dismissed. What stood out most was their ability to listen with compassion while also offering thoughtful insight and practical strategies that I could actually use outside of our sessions. Even though therapy was virtual, the sessions felt personal, engaging, and connected. Finding the right therapist can be difficult, and I’m grateful to have found someone who is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and truly invested in their clients’ well-being. I would highly recommend this therapist to anyone looking for a supportive and meaningful psychotherapy experience.”

Dealing with PTSD, chronic health issues, and all the Gen X trauma that comes with it isn't easy, but Larisa just gets it. She’s super real and doesn't hit you with sugarcoated advice, but what I love most is that she gives you actual, practical ways to get through the hard days. I'm so grateful to have someone in my corner who truly understands.
Larisa was caring, authentic, centered on my needs. An excellent listener she helped me understand the problem and my part in it in a way that helped me be empowered to take steps toward change. I love how down to earth she is and real. She treats me like a human person she cares about.
Larisa has been a pleasure to work with!
I have never seen a therapist before so I wasn't sure how it would be. Larisa is a calming presence that I need right now. My issues are anxiety/depression and obsessive behavior. After three sessions she has helped me deal with my issues and I look forward to the sessions and learning more about what I need to work on.
