Welcome! I’m a licensed psychotherapist in Georgia, dedicated to holistic, integrative care that supports healing on every level—mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in both clinical training and spiritual insight, I believe true healing involves all parts of the self. My own journey through struggle and growth inspired me to help others reclaim their inner power, rewrite limiting narratives, and live with clarity and intention.

My approach blends traditional talk therapy with practices like Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Somatic techniques to help you navigate emotional challenges, stress, and energy imbalances.

Currently I accept Aetna and Quest. United Healthcare coming soon. For all other insurance providers, I am considered out-of-network. This means my practice operates independently from certain insurance networks. There are many advantages to self-pay and out-of-network benefits. Most importantly, your care is guided by you and your therapist—not by insurance companies. This allows us to work together without restrictions on session length, frequency, or treatment focus, so your therapy can be fully personalized to your needs. With this flexibility, you receive support that is truly centered on your healing and growth. Clients are often able to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover session costs. If you’d like, I can also provide you with a detailed receipt (called a “superbill”) for each session. You can submit this to your insurance provider to see if you qualify for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
