I earned my Master of Social Work focused on working clinically with families and children at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C) currently practicing in the State of Maryland. I have 16 years of experience helping to work with children and adults to decrease feelings of anxiety and depression, develop healthier patterns of thinking, and to process past experiences that are causing current challenges and distress.
