Healing can be messy and change can be hard. It takes an insane amount of courage to begin these processes. Change can happen by choice or it can be thrust upon you. Seeking counseling does not always mean that there is something wrong. Counseling can sometimes help obtain clarity in various aspects of life, complex emotions and behaviors, and trauma. Some of the issues that I help individuals overcome are anxiety, depression, various traumas, relationship conflicts, LGBTQIA+, and overall life stressors. Because every client is different, I use an integrative approach bringing in a range of therapeutic interventions. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Brenau University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients through their unique healing journeys.
