I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University. My background includes community work, hospital programs, schools, and more. After being exposed to a wide range of client needs and challenges, I was able to pinpoint who I most want to help: individuals and couples who are actively on board with trying to heal-at all stages in life. In my private practice, I strive to develop deep understanding and trust with each person. Through open-ended discussion, I can help you gain insight into how your upbringing and life experiences affect present behaviors and beliefs. My approach emphasizes empathy, direct yet thoughtful communication, and staying up-to-date on the latest therapeutic approaches through ongoing training.
