I work with adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care, while incorporating creative interventions informed by my background in Fine Art and Art Therapy. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, process difficult emotions, and foster resilience to support long-term emotional wellness and personal growth.
