My journey to mental healthcare Therapy helped me as a middle schooler as I began facing anxiety about social relationships and getting older. I learned how crucial a supportive community of loved ones is in navigating those times. I chose to become a marriage and family therapist to help others facing similar challenges and to strengthen people’s relationships with one another. My goals for you I help clients to reach their goals by motivating them to shift their perspective on current challenges. Getting into a better headspace provides the opportunity for us to identify what we are capable of changing and improving ourselves.
