What should a new client know about working with you?

In addition to therapy, I believe it is important to assess for the physical and mental well-being, safety, living situation, support systems, financial situations and overall individual needs. I respect that each person life experience and story is unique. I strive to ensure that therapy is in safe and non-judgmental environment as you work through your challenges. My goal is to empower, encourage, support, and assist with the development of self-awareness and coping skills that will that help you face challenges independently.
