What should a new client know about working with you?

Typically, I take a psychodynamic approach blended with several different types of cognitive and behavioral therapies. My style would best be described as integrative. My typical areas of focus are anxiety, depression, relationships, and family issues. These broad areas usually incorporate exploration of trauma, communication skills, cognitive processing, and finding solutions when needed.
