Welcome! I'm a licensed Christian therapist dedicated to helping adults find healing, hope, and lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies with a Christian worldview for clients who desire faith to be part of the healing process. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. What should a new client know about working with you?

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions My approach stands out because I view healing through both a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, recognizing that our past experiences often shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and God. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I help clients uncover the root causes of their struggles so they can experience lasting healing and meaningful change. As a licensed Christian therapist, I thoughtfully integrate evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, when appropriate—with biblical principles for clients who desire faith to be part of the counseling process. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate experience where you feel safe to be fully known without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you heal from trauma, navigate grief and loss, reduce anxiety, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session together, here's what you can expect Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your personal history, and talk about your current challenges, strengths, and goals. This session also gives you the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and determine whether we're a good fit for working together. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we'll begin developing a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and, if you desire, integrates your Christian faith into the therapeutic process. While meaningful healing takes time, you can expect to leave your first session with a clearer understanding of the therapy process and the next steps on your journey toward healing and growth.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
