What should a new client know about working with you?

With warmth, compassion and empathy I meet my clients where they are. We go where you want to go and at the speed that's most comfortable for you. Healing doesn't need to be rushed. However, my training in Brainspotting has given me the tools to help clients tap into their brains natural processing to allow for deeper and more accelerated healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to spend time during the first session, often referred to as the intake, getting a holistic view of who you are, your life's journey from childhood to present, how your closest relationships have influenced your world view, how you form attachments and to explore the alignment between your values and behaviors. We will discuss the things you are challenged with, we will name those things accordingly viewing diagnosis as a label is to a can, the key to understanding the ingredients and how to prepare the right plan to help you feel healthy and whole again!
