I am licensed in Florida with over five years of professional experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. I specialize in helping clients with self-care, stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and coping with life changes. My approach to mental health care is centered on the belief that "You are the expert on you." Empowering individuals with skills and resources, working collaboratively with them to develop a personalized treatment plan that they feel comfortable implementing.
