Understanding that individuals need coaching as well, she devoted herself to receiving a certification in Life Coaching. Dr. Hayes’ passion for women’s wellness created the “CYC Circle” a 6-week closed group designed for women who find themselves overwhelmed and worried by the circumstances of life. After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*
