I booked a consultation with Latoya for Thursday at 2 , around 2:10 I called the office because I hadn’t heard from her. They couldn’t find her and so they ended up rescheduling me for the following week. Fast forward to about 5 PM now and Latoya calls me telling me she had an emergency and she apologizes I said okay no problem your assistant went ahead and made me a new appointment , she double checked her calendar and said okay we’ll talk then. Next day comes and I receive a text and email telling me that my new appointment was cancelled. Never received a phone call text nor email stating why or if it was an error or nothing of the sort. Very very very unprofessional in my opinion . I’m not sure if this is normal for her but I would’ve liked to at least have met her and formed a better idea of how she works.

My visit was great! My Councelor Latoya is amazing! After searching for someone who can actually give me the proper tools to deal with life, I finally found that. Latoya listens, understands, and provides me with helpful resources I can apply to my life and situations. I highly recommend Latoya. And look forward to continue to work with her. This was one of the best decisions I've made especially when I wanted to give up counseling so many times because of the Councelor. She encourages me to keep going. And I don't even look at it as counseling it's more like girl talk just because of the comfortability. She is the best! And appreciate all the advice she has given me.

Latoya is a great therapist. From the very first session, she created a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where my child felt understood and valued. She truly listens, showing not only professional expertise but also genuine care and compassion. I have seen great progress in my child thanks to her.
