Are you constantly trying to do it all—and still feel like it’s never enough? You work hard, care deeply, and hold yourself to high standards, but no matter what you accomplish, it’s easy to feel anxious, exhausted, or self-critical. You’re not alone—I see this all the time in my clients. I work with people who are perfectionistic, self-critical, and juggling multiple pressures at once—career, relationships, family, or personal goals. Many are women navigating work, dating, and family planning, but anyone struggling with OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, body image concerns, or disordered eating can benefit from therapy. In sessions, I take a compassionate, practical approach. Together, we focus on: - Interrupting patterns that keep you stuck, like intrusive thoughts, overthinking, and unhealthy habits around food or body image - Developing strategies that work in real life to manage anxiety, perfectionism, and OCD-related challenges - Creating balance that reflects your values, not just outside expectations We’ll build the tools you need to feel calmer, clearer, and less depleted by the day-to-day stress that keeps piling up.

Are you constantly trying to do it all—and still feel like it’s never enough? What should a new client know about working with you?

Sessions are interactive, skill-based, and personalized. You'll learn and practice strategies in session and apply them to real-life situations—work stress, relationships, self-doubt, or transitions like dating, fertility, or early parenthood. Over time, you'll feel calmer, clearer, and more confident. We'll build a personalized toolkit together that helps you manage these challenges in real life. I use evidence-based approaches and tailor them to your needs, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Learn to notice unhelpful thought patterns, challenge them, and test new ways of thinking so your mind works for you rather than against you. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Practice mindfulness, emotional regulation, and skills for managing distress, helping you respond effectively in high-pressure moments. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): For obsessive thoughts or intrusive fears, we will gradually face what feels scary in a controlled and supportive way, reducing avoidance and helping you feel more in control. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): We will work on accepting difficult emotions while clarifying what truly matters to you, and taking meaningful steps aligned with your values. Executive Functioning Coaching: Create practical systems for planning, organizing, and prioritizing so daily responsibilities feel manageable rather than overwhelming. Integrative Approaches: We'll combine strategies from multiple therapies, including mind-body techniques, to address emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns in a holistic, practical way. Therapy is about building resilience, balance, and clarity, so your life feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our early sessions, we'll look at what’s actually driving your stress, such as the people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the anxiety spikes, the burnout, or the pressure to keep performing. A typical trajectory can look like: Early Sessions - Understand the 'how' and 'why' of symptoms - Identify the patterns you fall into (overthinking, avoidance, pushing too hard) - Clarify your goals and what “feeling better” looks like - Create a safe space for you to talk through the things you usually minimize or hide Middle Phase - Learn CBT, DBT, mindfulness, ACT, ERP and other evidence-based strategies to interrupt spirals and calm your nervous system - Skills for boundary-setting without guilt - Techniques for managing perfectionism and high-pressure thinking - Emotional regulation tools that work and are tailored to your life Between Sessions - Easy practices you can use during your week - Reflections or exercises tied directly to what you’re dealing with Ongoing Work for Building Long-Term Change - Strengthening confidence and emotional resilience - Reducing anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD as your default setting - Creating boundaries that support your goals instead of draining you - Making decisions from clarity instead of fear or people-pleasing - Feeling grounded, steady, and more like yourself again
