For nearly 30 years as a medical social worker, I’ve walked alongside people navigating life’s heaviest chapters. While my roots are in hospice and palliative care, my focus is helping you find your footing when life feels overwhelming. Whether you’re moving through the fog of grief, feeling the burnout of caregiving, or adjusting to the reality of a chronic illness or aging, I’m here to help. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized certifications in gerontology and end-of-life care, I offer a safe, compassionate space to process the "hard stuff." My goal is to help you find peace and resilience in the middle of life's transitions, ensuring you don’t have to carry the weight of loss or stress alone.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, working with individuals to foster healing by connecting mind, body, and emotion. Drawing on humanistic principles, I create a safe and authentic relationship where you can grow. My practice combines somatic awareness to release tension and trauma, emotionally focused techniques to understand your inner world, and mindfulness to anchor you in the present. Grounded in a strengths-based perspective, I help you identify and harness your inner resources to build a more resilient and authentic life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so in our first session, my priority is simply getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you hope to gain from our time together. Most importantly, I want to make sure you feel comfortable and heard; finding the right "fit" is essential, and this first meeting is our chance to see if I’m the right person to support you on your therapeutic journey.
