I feel incredibly grateful to spend my days working with such amazing children. Each child I meet is navigating their own unique path, whether that includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other challenges, and it’s truly a privilege to walk alongside them in that journey. My heart is in creating a space where children feel safe, genuinely seen, and deeply heard. I want them to know they matter. Together, we gently build practical tools that nurture confidence, resilience, and a growing sense of self-trust. My hope is that every child leaves feeling more connected to their inner strength and empowered to face life’s challenges in a way that feels right for them. Through my experience in child and family services, I’ve also had the honor of supporting children, teens, and adults who have endured significant trauma and abuse. I approach every story with compassion, patience, and deep respect, recognizing the courage it takes to heal.
