I believe that trauma, whether it seems big or small to you, is at the root of most mental health difficulties. Instead of behavior issues or symptoms, I look at how and why those things helped you survive in the past. I offer a safe place for you to work on yourself and find healthy ways to thrive in the future. I have provided therapeutic care all over the mental health industry. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, community and home-based nonprofits, digital mental health companies, schools, universities, and private practice. I've worked with all ages and a wide variety of mental health concerns. I earned my original independent license in 2017, and have been supervising since 2020.
