Humans have the ability to transform their lives. With counseling, you will be challenged to become vulnerable and learn new, valuable approaches to resolve conflict, problem-solve, and communicate better with those in your life. I offer you a safe, private space where together we can develop these tools, and you can begin the healing process. Reaching out for support can be scary and overwhelming; be assured I am here to help you on your journey to recovery. Much of my experience comes from working at a not-for-profit, where I supported children and adults with severe and persistent mental illness, ranging from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder to depression and anxiety. Utilizing both individual and group therapy, I encouraged clients to learn coping skills, build on their communication abilities, work toward recovery, and develop a plan for change, growth, and well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Xavier University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, compassionate care. Creative Approaches to Therapy has provided an outlet for expression and allowed me to incorporate unique and diverse therapy techniques. I am excited to embark on this therapeutic journey with you!
