What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is client-centered, warm, and non-judgmental. I allow my clients to take the lead regarding pace and topics, and will assist in providing tools and techniques to help you reach your goals. We can also explore any resistance you encounter along the way, and find ways to work through this together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients can expect to broaden their perspectives regarding situations and stressors in their lives, in addition to identifying negative thoughts and beliefs which may be contributing to their current symptoms. We will also work on applying healthy coping strategies in addition to focusing on personal strengths and building confidence when necessary.
