I want to help guide you in learning about yourself in order to make changes that best support your well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and genuine space for clients to express themselves. I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness and Sensorimotor techniques. I believe that each person deserves an approach that works best for them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand the process of beginning therapy can be intimidating and uncomfortable. I believe that trust, understanding, and collaboration are key to getting people where they want to be. I would love to help guide you in reaching your goals.
