These include EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts Work, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping). I also enjoy incorporating Gestalt techniques and narrative approaches to enrich our work together. I believe in fostering an environment where you feel safe and accepted, a place where we can share moments of laughter and, at times, tears.
