Getting to know Laura Jones

Hi! Inviting someone into your most personal space can be intimidating and uncomfortable; but despite that; here you are! My name is Laura. I have been working in the mental health field since 2016; specializing in trauma counseling; certified Trauma-Focused CBT and Parent-child Interaction therapy (PCIT). I also work with teens and adults in an outpatient program specializing in anxiety and depression. I am willing to work with you through video or audio sessions with texting in between; however I do not feel that texting only is effective for my therapeutic style.I look forward to working with you!
