I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR therapist, and trauma specialist passionate about helping men and women heal the emotional wounds that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply focused on helping clients understand the root causes of their struggles—not just manage the symptoms. I have a special passion for supporting mothers who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, reactive, guilty, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from the woman they once were. Many of the mothers I work with are carrying old beliefs such as “I’m not enough,” “My needs don’t matter,” or “I have to earn love and approval.” These beliefs often show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional reactivity. Using EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I help clients heal unresolved experiences, build self-trust, develop healthier relationships, and create lasting change. My therapeutic framework, Motherhood Rewired, helps mothers recognize the patterns driving their reactions, reset emotional and nervous system responses, and rewire the beliefs that no longer serve them. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, motherhood stress, or a difficult life transition, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. You do not have to continue carrying it all alone.
