Hello there and welcome! My name is Laura Lichti, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of clinical experience. I have had the privilege of partnering with many people as they journey through the highs and lows of life. For many years, I've worked with individuals diagnosed with depression and/or anxiety, and I enjoy this work very much. Often, after just a few sessions, people report improvement in their symptoms. I also provide therapeutic support for those experiencing grief and loss and have received specialized training in bereavement.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My hope for those seeking support is that they find a safe space in which to share their experiences, sit with their pain, heal, and take steps to engage in their best life. My work as a person-centered therapist stems from my core belief that therapeutic work is best done within the strengths-based, supportive structure of a healthy, dynamic client/therapist relationship. I also utilize techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy; it simply depends on the best fit for the client.
