I entered this work to become someone I needed when I was struggling. I approach therapy with a focus on the relationship and how we can work together to help you heal and find the real you. I have many options in my toolbox, including behavioral therapies, trauma therapies, somatic approaches, and emotion-focused techniques. I have worked with clients who have struggled with everything from psychosis to depression, but my main passion is supporting folks through addiction and family trauma. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care.
