Great sessions and great progress on my goals. Sessions have been well worth it and a great addition to my life.
She’s patient, thoughtful, and caring. And happy! It’s a rewarding experience.
Laura as my therapist has helped me process a lot of my trauma. She understands me and gives me references to read up on. Laura is an amazing therapist.
I couldn't recommend Laura highly enough! From the very first session, she created a warm and non-judgmental space where I felt truly heard and understood. Her empathy and insight have made a huge difference in my mental and emotional well-being since I've started seeing her. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques that have assisted me in conquering challenges on a daily basis. If you're looking for a compassionate therapist who genuinely cares, Laura is certainly the person you're looking for!
My ability to handle my emotions has greatly increased since working with Laura. I feel free to say anything, and I always get insightful feedback or ways to reframe my thoughts. I love that you want to take care of your mental health! Laura has helped me.
Laura has been instrumental in helping me feel better, and giving me the tools to help pull me out of a depressive episode. She is helping me move forward with learning to give myself grace and teaching me skills to live a happier more productive life.
Laura is a fantastic counselor! I have been working with her since 2017 and she has changed my life for the better immensely. I am a better man, husband, and person having gotten the opportunity to work with her in therapy. She provides an ear when I need one, but will also provide me with a push or challenge when I need it as well. She has literally worked with me on every issue I have had in my life thus far and we have addressed it. Not saying I'm perfect, or "fixed". But we continually work towards making me a better me and also work to address challenges in my life to assist me with overcoming them. If you're looking for a counselor who is empathetic, caring, and knows her stuff, you've found the right place.
Laura is a great listener and makes you feel extremely comfortable from beginning to end. Her advice is very thoughtful and catered to your specific situation. I highly recommend her!
Working with Laura over the past year has been transformative for my relationship. When my partner and I first started seeing Laura, we were stuck in unhealthy cycles and struggling to stay curious and connected with each other during conflict and in general. She has been an incredibly grounding and compassionate presence-helping us slow down and find safer, healthier ways to navigate conflict together. Her ability to create a nonjudgmental space has allowed us to reflect more openly, deepen our understanding of each other, and build stronger communication and connection. We are very grateful for the tools she has given us and the support she has provided every step of the way.
I've been seeing Laura for several months. During that time she has been instrumental in helping me decode my own emotions, as well as to help me interpret the actions of people I interact with. I've been navigating some very difficult situations in my work and personal life, and she has helped me see things from many angles, and come up with strategies to improve my situation and state of mind. I look forward to the sessions, and often in the hours and days after them I'll still be thinking about things she's said. And more than once, I have caught myself about to do or say something, but then thought, what will Laura say when I tell her about this?
