I understand that finding the right therapist can be almost as daunting as deciding to seek therapy itself. I hope to make the process as seamless and painless as possible. I employ a person-centered, strengths-based approach to treating eating disorders and the underlying conditions. I also specialize in women's health, divorce, relationship issues, and the intersection between medical conditions and behavioral health. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I look forward to meeting you!
