What should a new client know about working with you?

You may feel like you are all alone and no one understands you. I grew up amongst people that would rather talk around problems than actually face them and I worked hard to unlearn those same traits and can honestly say it made a huge difference for me. My passion lies in supporting clients who often grapple with perfectionism, coaxing them toward self-compassion and embracing their beautifully imperfect humanity. Additionally, I bring expertise in addressing eating disorders, neurodivergence/autism spectrum, LGBTQ, and more general concerns of anxiety and depression while offering a compassionate space for healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a queer and neurodivergent person, I know what it is like to have these thoughts and feelings. Working with me will help you to understand how best to use coping skills in a way that is effective in your life. Let me be the one to pull you out of this feeling so that you can thrive as your authentic self. I entered the realm of therapy driven by a profound desire to effect meaningful change by confronting things head-on rather than tiptoe around the issues. It's a privilege to engage in intimate dialogues and guide you toward self-improvement. Don’t wait, schedule your first appointment, or a free consultation today.
