I have a PhD in Counselor Education and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in behavioral health for two decades. My treatment areas are anxiety and life stressors, relationships, antagonistic abuse recovery, and parenting interventions. I work with individuals from ages from 13 through adulthood. The most important thing to know about my approach is you set your goals, and I work with you to get you where you want to be. My preferred approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but I use this in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other interventions as well. My preference is to be flexible and meet your needs where you need them to be met and use your strengths to get you where you wish to be.
