Getting to know Laura Todaro

For over 20 yrs. I've used cognitive behavior therapy; mindfulness; animal assisted therapy; art therapy; music therapy and hypnotherapy to treat anxiety; depression; grief; trauma; stress; anger and behavior disorders in children and adults. I work in clinical and private practice and via technology. My counseling approach is client centered. We work together to define issues; develop goals and learn coping strategies to improve quality of life. I believe that counseling is a process that treats mind; body and spirit where I accompany my clients on their journey toward inner peace and well-being.
