I am a trauma-informed therapist and hypnotherapist who supports people seeking meaningful change at the level of the nervous system and subconscious. My work integrates hypnotherapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and evidence-based psychological approaches, alongside adult autism assessment (MIGDAS-2). I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic stress, sleep challenges, health concerns, habits, and existential or spiritual exploration. Rooted in neuroscience and clinical science, my approach is also spacious and intuitive, making room for insight, mystery, and the deeper process of becoming who you truly are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is not about quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies. Many of the people who find their way to my practice have already reflected deeply, talked extensively, and tried multiple approaches, yet still sense that something essential is missing. Our work focuses on creating safety and change at the level of the nervous system, where lasting transformation becomes possible. You can expect a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative relationship. I move at a pace that honors your system, your history, and your readiness. While my work is informed by science and evidence-based practice, I am also open to intuition, symbolism, and experiences that do not always fit neatly into words. I see therapy not only as symptom relief, but as a process of re-connection, meaning-making, and remembering who you are beneath patterns shaped by stress or trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship and developing a shared understanding of what you are experiencing and what you are longing for. Early sessions focus on assessment, nervous system regulation, and establishing safety and trust. From there, we tailor the work to you, drawing from hypnotherapy, trauma-informed approaches, and, when appropriate, ketamine-assisted therapy. Rather than applying a rigid protocol, I listen closely to what your system is communicating and adjust the process as your needs evolve. Sessions may involve subconscious work, somatic awareness, guided inner exploration, and integration of insights into daily life. Throughout, the focus remains on supporting sustainable change, deepening self-understanding, and allowing what is ready to emerge to do so—at its own pace, in its own way.
