I’m a relational psychotherapist and writer with a warm; occasionally humorous approach backed by evidence-based treatment used to reduce symptoms. I have worked in community mental health for years and have a wide range of specialties and experience. I received my BA from NYU in Middle Eastern Studies and Creative Writing and graduated with honors with my MSW from Hunter; I have since focused my training on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT); CBT; and relational psychotherapy. I’m happy to support you through your journey. We will work to create meaning and joy in your life.
