With 40 years of practice in holistic health care, I offer classes, support groups, and individual therapy. I specialize in empowering individuals of all ages to make positive changes and lead a healthy lifestyle. I practice and teach DBT and CBT with Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness, incorporating a variety of life skills. I currently provide Telehealth services due to Covid-19, but I will resume seeing clients in person once it is safe to do so. Whether you're a teenager or a senior, I am here to support you in creating a fulfilling and balanced life.
