What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session will be geared towards gathering as much as date to identify the problem, the source of the problem and help you establish life and therapy goals. Each session is geared towards your growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At least 8 sessions is usually required in working through some challenges. However, should we need more time , we will modify our plan to address barriers and roadblocks to growth and healing.
