What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy starts off with defining the goals for our work together and keeping that as our guide through all the work we do. I present different modalities to my clients in order to help identify which one, or ones, best suit their concerns and explaining how those will be utilized in sessions. If there are crises or major life events that occur during our work together, I will always pivot to provide support on that to ensure that you feel ready to continue doing the challenging work of changing.
