What should a new client know about working with you?

The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. I work to co-create a safe and caring environment in which people can work toward self-actualization, understanding, and balance within their lives and relationships. My clients find my style humorous and affirming while also challenging and stimulating.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in our innate desire & ability to heal. Sometimes we need assistance in finding the path to wholeness and health. Other times we need someone to hold us accountable to change. I encourage clients to work through the current issues resounding in their life and develop insight into their own patterns of behavior and relationships to become empowered to enact sustainable change within their lives.
