I’m a mental health counselor focusing on supporting individuals of all ages in their journey towards mental well-being. With a background as a licensed school counselor, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by children and adolescents, while also possessing the knowledge to provide guidance and support to adults. I have an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, as well as a Master’s degree in School Counseling from John Carroll University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Having worked extensively with children at all academic levels, I have a wealth of experience in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, trauma, stress, LGBTQIA issues, and family concerns. Recognizing the need for holistic support across the lifespan, I have expanded my knowledge to assist adults who may be navigating their own mental health challenges.
