I take a gentle yet direct approach, offering guidance and perspective to help clients navigate life transitions. I take a compassionate stance in advocating for the destigmatization of mental health & addiction through promoting resources and support networks, in addition to empowering clients to embrace their strength to overcome life’s challenges.
