Buddhist teachings help inform my approach and my life. If you’re interested in exploring that we can certainly go deeper but if you’re not, your session will feel much like a traditional therapy session. My priority is to meet you with an honest open heart and zero judgement. I create a space for you to feel seen and supported for who you truly are.
