Hello, I'm Lauren. I’ll never forget my high school math teacher who said, “Choices have consequences; make good choices.” Easier said than done! If you’re finding yourself making choices that are moving you further from your goals, you are not alone. My own experiences in therapy led me to change careers after 18 years in the business technology field. I earned my master's degree in counseling and became a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have experience working with individuals experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, substance abuse, loss, and trauma. I truly believe each of us knows what we need to grow and thrive, even if that knowledge has been deeply buried. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, ensuring that you feel heard and supported throughout our journey together.
