Are you tired of worrying about food and weight? Do you find yourself caught in the diet/binge cycle? Are you exhausted from thinking about how your body looks? There are ways to bring more peace into your life. My true passion is helping people find peace with food and their bodies. I can help you get back to your most authentic self and feel freedom. We'll use the Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) models for our work together to help you connect with your inner wisdom. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I create a calm and safe environment in which you can uncover your true potential. When you're overwhelmed with emotions or feeling frustrated with old patterns, it can be hard to find solutions. In therapy, we'll work together to help you find balance, discover self-awareness, and integrate healthy coping skills.
