I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy by encouraging you to take the next steps in overcoming obstacles and trauma in their life. I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups focusing on personal goals as well as challenging negative thoughts and beliefs. I am passionate about helping my clients improve their quality of life and work towards an improved quality of life. I have worked with individuals from all different paths in life. This has helped me develop and build my skills as a professional to understand everyone's individual struggles, support needs, and strengths.
