I strive to help client's get to a mindset where internal validation and genuine happiness is greater than continuing to bend backwards to prove your worth to others.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m here to offer a safe space where we can work through these things together. You don't have to stay stuck in this cycle, we will work together to find new ways to heal and grow by incorporating techniques from multiple treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, and intuitive eating. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be happy to support you on your journey toward healing. I look forward to helping you make meaningful, lasting progress.
