I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and use a person-centered approach because therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" process. It should be collaborative and based on what YOU want and need. I have experience working with children and adolescents ages 5 to 17, young adults, and families-biological, foster, adoptive, and chosen! I specialize in treating trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and body image concerns.
