In our work together, I draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. We’ll explore your thoughts and how emotions show up in your body so you can feel more grounded and in control. I take an active, involved approach as we build coping strategies that feel doable and support a more balanced life.
