You’ve been holding it together for everyone, but lately, it feels like you’re running on fumes. You might be juggling work, relationships, and expectations, yet still battling constant self-doubt or anxiety that won’t quiet down. Maybe you’re second-guessing yourself in your relationship or just feeling disconnected from who you used to be. My work focuses on helping women untangle these patterns to understand where they come from, rebuild confidence, and create more balance and clarity in their lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I’m a solution-focused therapist and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider with a background in sport psychology. My approach is warm, collaborative, and straightforward. I’ll listen, but I’ll also help you take action.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Together, we’ll identify what’s draining your energy, strengthen your focus, and build tools that help you feel grounded and in control again.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable being real with me. I believe therapy should be a place where you can drop the act, laugh a little, and do the real work of feeling better, not just coping, but growing.

Lauren is seriously such a calming presence. She gets it without you having to over explain, and talking to her feels so grounding. I always leave our sessions feeling so much lighter. 10/10 would recommend if you want a therapist who actually feels like a real person.
