I cultivate a calm and compassionate therapeutic environment. I employ various evidence-based practices including mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I specialize with teenagers and adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management, and life-stage transitions. I celebrate diversity and invite you to come as you are. I am an ally for the LGBTQ+ community, and am trained in writing letters of readiness. I also have experience with supporting those who are experiencing caregiver burnout, chronic illness, and experience with crisis intervention.
